Rough Timeline of Ginsberg's life
This is a rough timeline of Ginsberg's life, based on what little information he provided in canon, and a shit ton of ~totally~ necessary research because why not headcanon the hell out of everything right? Behind cuts because, yeah, it discusses the Holocaust and concentration camps and it's pretty disturbing, even if it's not graphic.
"Actually, I’m from Mars. It’s fine if you don’t believe me, but that’s where I’m from. I’m a full-blooded martian. Don’t worry, there’s no plot to take over Earth. We’re just displaced. I can tell you don’t believe me. That’s okay. We’re a big secret; they even tried to hide it from me. That man— my father —told me a story I was born in a concentration camp, but you know that’s impossible. And I never met my mother because she supposedly died there. That’s convenient. Next thing I know, Morris there finds me in a Swedish orphanage. I was five. I remember it. And then I got this one communication, a simple order. Stay where you are."
Mid December 1944: Michael Ginsberg (birth name unknown) is born in a concentration camp in northern Germany. His mother is Czech. His father is ???

Early April 1945: Officials of the Swedish Red Cross evacuate many prisoners, Ginsberg among them

February 1950: Morris Ginsberg (German or Austrian) finds 5 year old Michael Ginsberg in the orphanage and adopts him
